Workforce Training

​​Brunswick Community College Continuing Education and Workforce Development Programs support the economic development efforts of Brunswick County by providing education and training opportunities for logistics/distribution companies. The Customized Training program provides customized training for any logistics/distribution firms and direct customer service positions created in Brunswick County while developing the growth potential of companies located in the county. The majority of the educational and training services are offered at no cost to new and expanding clients. This program offers workforce training on the site of the logistics/distribution firm or at the Leland Campus conveniently located to all sites in the industrial corridor.

Brunswick Community College (BCC) was established in 1979 on a 200-acre campus in Supply, NC. BCC offers more than 20 programs, with state-of-the art classrooms and laboratories, to serve the changing needs of its community. A 1,500-seat auditorium serves the alumni, but also brings in concerts and celebrity speaking engagements. BCC also assists both new and existing businesses and industries with specially designed occupational skills training through continuing education.

Leland Industrial Training Center is located off of Highway 74/76 in the Leland Industrial Park. This 26,000 square foot facility has two computer labs, an information Highway room, a computerized basic skills lab, classrooms, multipurpose meeting rooms, an industrial maintenance lab and industrial production bays.
